A tip: Sell your microphone and buy an ordinary high quality one. ASMR is built on the brain focusing on pleassurable sounds (for example smacking and sucking sounds) or touch (fingertIps or nails stroking your skin) that is easy to focus on. This kind of microphone actually breaks that effect since the direction from where the sound comes from keep changing. The brain constantly refocuses. An ordinary mic that picks up sounds really well but leave out ambient sounds are way more effective. Also, don’t vary the sounds as often. This also makes the brain shift its focus, but not as much as a shift in direction does.
